Para hacerlo sonar se raspa con una p\u00faa de metal o madera.  Es muy popular en nuestra Salsa y m\u00fasica aut\u00f3ctona navide\u00f1a.  El sonido del mismo var\u00eda tambi\u00e9n por el tama\u00f1o.
